Sizing Guide
As your body changes during pregnancy and nursing, so do your breasts. It is important to re-measure yourself before purchasing maternity and nursing bras. Follow our guide below to determine your White Dahlias bra size.
STEP 1: MEASURE YOUR BUST SIZE (IN INCHES)
Wearing a non-padded bra, measure the fullest part of your bust, making sure that the tape is loose enough for a little movement around the breast area.
STEP 2: MEASURE YOUR BAND SIZE (IN INCHES)
Place a tape measure around the rib cage, directly under the bottom bra edge. Make sure the tape is level and snug around the body. Round off to nearest whole number.
If the measurement is an even number, add four (4) inches.
ex. 28" + 4" = body size of 32"
If the measurement is an odd number, add five (5) inches.
ex. 29" + 5" = body size of 34"
STEP 3: CALCULATE YOUR SIZE
Subtract your band size (step 2) from your bust size (step 1). The difference between the two (including the additional 4 or 5 inches) is equivalent to your cup size.
If difference is up to 1 inch larger than band size, cup is A.
If difference is up to 2", cup is B. If up to 3", cup is C. And so on.
ex. If your band is 36" and your bust is 38",
36-38 = 2 and the 2" difference is cup B.
Therefore your nursing bra size is 36B.
