Ship back item to White Dahlias office. Return shipping cost will be at your expense unless the request to return is due to our error or manufacturing defect. Kindly ship back item/s to our office address located in the Return Form. |

Wait for the refund or exchange processing within 3-5 days of return receipt. For exchanges, shipping cost is covered by us on the first exchange only. For refunds, payments will be returned through bank deposit only. Make sure to specify correct account details in the Return Form. |
